Have Fun Driving Again with the 2019 Mazda6
If you’ve been a driver for a number of years, getting behind the wheel probably doesn’t have the thrill it once did. In fact, you may think of driving as a chore, something that is necessary but not very enjoyable. But, what if that could change? What if you actually looked forward to putting the key in the ignition because driving was fun again? Freeman Mazda can make that happen for you. Our Mazda dealership has a big selection of cars you’ll love to drive, including the Mazda6.
Power and Fuel Economy
The base Mazda6 trim has a get-up-and-go 2.5-liter, 4-cylinder SKYACTIV®-G engine that produces 187 horsepower. Other trims come with a turbocharged SKYACTIV®-G engine that can get up to 250 horsepower. All models have a responsive 6-speed SKYACTIV®-Drive automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. The Mazda6 is extremely agile and has excellent steering and cornering capability. Basically, it’s a blast to drive. Plus, it gets great gas mileage, with up to 26 mpg for city driving and 35 mpg on the highway.
Another reason to look for a new Mazda6 for sale is because of its redesigned interior. With lots of space – particularly in the front – this sedan can seat five people comfortably. Cloth seats are standard, but synthetic or genuine leather upholstery is available. Other options include heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, and a heated steering wheel.
The Mazda6 is also considered perhaps the best new Mazda car because of all of its standard tech features. These include push-button start, Bluetooth®, HD radio, and the MAZDA CONNECT ™ infotainment system with 8-inch touchscreen. There are also many available features, such as satellite radio, remote start, keyless entry, and Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration.
The Mazda6 comes standard with numerous advanced safety features as a part of the i-ACTIVSENSE® suite of features, including lane departure warning, blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, and Mazda Radar Cruise Control. You can also get traffic sign recognition, front and rear parking sensors, and a surround-view parking camera.
