I have been shopping for the perfect car for myself for three months. I was referred to Ms. Stephanie Foreman by a family member. In the past three months I have been working with her to find the perfect match and Saturday, the pre-owned vehicle I have wanted for so long came in! It was the right price for me for the value and what I wanted. Got the car. I was in-out, hello-goodbye. From the time I arrived and I drove off the lot with my beautiful pre-owned Mazda 6, it was 90 minutes. Fast, friendly service and the F&I was relatively painless as well, compared to my last F&I experience I had from a non-Freeman dealer in Missouri.My 6 is AWESOME!Thank you, Stephanie!!!! Terri Dixon and the entire team are outstanding! They go above and beyond. Each time I have a need they are able to accommodate. I’m grateful to have a service team that cares. So often we feel taken advantage of. I don’t feel this way with my experiences. They have taken the time to know me and my car. This is the type of experience that will keep customers loyal.

I purchased my Mazda 3 from a dealership outside of the DFW area, and moved here roughly 2 years ago. A friend had recommended Freeman Mazda, as she had purchased her car from here three years ago. From the time I first came here for service, the staff and mechanics have been 100% professional and kind.Today, I brought the car in due to a manufacturing issue (not Mazda's fault at all) that had since had a Technical Service Bulletin issued to correct the problem for all in-warranty vehicles. My vehicle was recently out of warranty, but Terri was extremely helpful in working with me (via Mazda Customer Experience) to get the part replaced. I am one SUPER HAPPY CUSTOMER, and will ABSOLUTELY purchase my next Mazda from Terri and the friendly staff at Freeman Mazda!

Good Outlet. Went in to look for a car. Gave me good price. Took it for a test drive. The salewoman was professional in explaining to me every feature of the car. But the wait time here is the problem. Takes a long time for them to attend to a customer. I think they give their timings to 2 or 3 customers at a timeupdate: 05/27/2018: Still the best mazda center ever. I brought my car recently for the first scheduled maintenance. The service professional did an examination of the car and repaired everything. And because i purchased the car at the same Mazda center, the first service was free for me. I even asked if it was free. I always thought that was marketting trick to get me to buy the car there. But for real !! this is the best place to buy your car (If choosing mazda)So i've driven mazda 3 hatch fully loaded for about 4500 miles. This section of the review is more about the company than this service center. I would give mazda 4/5. I'm docking one point because their braking system needs improving. EX: i was in a real life accident situation and i braked hard. But a hard brake in mazda 3 is a soft brake. When the car came dangerously close, mazda sensing took over because it detected an immeninet crash and applied hard brakes to protect my car. This feature is appreciated greatly. But it makes me wonder. If the mazda system can brake harder than me manually pressing the brakes, doesn't it mean that the user driving the car does not actually have the FULL control of the car? Sincere advice: don't compromise control of the car for features. But i do appreciate that the car was able to sense a crash and protect me.update 11/11/2018 : Got my 2nd service done. Still the best service experience. Same attention to detail. keep up the good work freeman mazda 🙂

Excellent Service. I was kept informed; the work was performed expeditiously; the car was returned washed, vacuumed, and the interior glass cleaned; and most important everyone was super friendly and super helpful, with smiles and greetings, everyone, and particularly the ladies in the service area. It is not a one time thing, it is repeated, and the staff seems to stay the same and that says something about management keeping them happy. EXCELLENT! 5 STAR! One question: why aren't the service personnels pictures included below - their smiling friendly faces would be a plus - worked with 3 ladies and a gentleman inside - and a couple of gentlemen when I drove up. ALL GREAT! AS I TOLD THEM, THEY ARE THE REASON I DRIVE ACROSS THE CITY TO GET HERE!
